Pan Pry: 1. Heat a cast iron grilling pan until very hot. 2. Brush tuna steaks with olive oil and season with coarse salt and pepper. 3. Gill on either side for 2-1/2 minutes. The center should be bright red and raw, with only the outer edges cooked. 4. Allow tuna steaks to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
