Product Instructions
Thawing Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours before cooking. Do not refreeze after thawing. Once thawed, use within one day. Cooking Instructions: Size and thickness of portions will vary. Cooking appliance power varies from model, so consult your manual and adjust cooking times accordingly. Remove all packaging before cooking. Bake: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Season or marinade thawed mahi mahi fillets to taste. 3. Place in well oiled baking dish. 4. Bake fillets for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately with a side dish of your choice. Grill: Preheat grill to medium high. 2. Season or marinade thawed mahi mahi fillets to taste. 3. Place on well oiled grill and cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes turning once. For food safety, cook seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer.
