Handling Instructions: Since our bread is baked without preservatives, we recommend enjoying within a few days of purchase. If you need more time, we offer these suggestions: Store the bread on your counter in the plastic bag to seal in freshness for several days. If you need more time, we recommend freezing. Freeze your loaf in this bag for up to one month from date of purchase. We recommend not refrigerating your bread. Thaw bread at room temperature or place frozen slice directly in toaster or oven. Do not refreeze loaf after thawing. Refresh the bread in a toaster or oven to bring back the baked fresh goodness. Very dry bread can be re-hydrated by dabbing water on the crust before refreshing. Toasted bread is always delicious!
