Product Instructions
Preparation Instructions: Skillet Method: Shake carton lightly and pour desired amount of liquid egg into a non-stick skillet over medium heat. To scramble, stir gently. For filled egg omelet, top with filling, loosen edge of omelet and fold in half.
Due to pasteurization, these egg whites will not whip up and are not recommended for use in meringues or angel food cakes. Product can be frozen if unopened. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. For best results keep refrigerated.
Microwave Method: Shake carton lightly and pour desired amount of liquid egg into a microwave-safe container. Cover. Cook on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir. Cook for an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are set, but slightly moist.
