Thawing Instructions: Remove from packaging. Place frozen scallops in a colander on a plate and thaw in refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours or overnight. For quick thawing, place scallops in a resealable bag and thaw under cold running water for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Do not refreeze.
