Product Instructions
Thawing Instructions: Refrigerated Thawing Remove all Packaging: Place portions in a covered dish and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Rapid Thawing Remove all Packaging: Place portions in a resealable bag. Immerse the sealed bag in a bowl of water in your sink and thaw under a thin trickle of cold running water for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Pan Fry: 1. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Add small amount of oil into non-stick skillet and set stove to medium-high heat. 2. When skillet is hot, place salmon in skin-side up. Let the fillet cook until golden brown (about 3 minutes). 3. Turn with a wide spatula and cook until the skin is crisp, about another 3 minutes.
