Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: 1. Run cold water over quinoa in a fine meshed strainer until water is clean. 2. In a 1.5 quart saucepan, add 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. 3. Remove from heat and allow quinoa to sit (covered) for 5 to 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes about 3 cups cooked. For high altitudes, use slightly more water and allow 5 minutes longer cooking time.
