Handling Instructions: Since our bread is baked without preservatives, we recommend enjoying within a few days or purchase. If you need more time, we offer these suggestions: Store the bread on your counter in the plastic bag to seal in freshness for several days. If you need more time, we recommend freezing. Freeze your loaf in this bag for up to one month from date of purchase. We recommend not refrigerating your bread. Thaw bread at room temperature or place frozen slice directly in toaster or oven. Do not refreeze loaf after thawing. Refresh the bread in a toaster or oven to bring back the baked fresh goodness. Very dry bread can be rehydrated by dabbing water on the crush before refreshing. Toasted bread is always delicious!
Product Instructions
Baking Instructions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove bread from bag and place on middle oven rack. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until crust is preferred golden brown color. For frozen bread, bake 10 to 13 minutes. 2. Remove bread from oven and let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy! If not planning to bake bread day of purchase, then freeze and enjoy later. Every oven is different. These baking instructions are meant as a basic guideline only.
